Frequently asked questions

Is this GDPR compliant?

Yes. We only store the minimum data needed to identify customers with a history of issues. Restaurants can only see aggregated report counts and never which specific restaurant flagged a customer. Reports auto-expire after 12 months.

Who can see the flags?

Any verified restaurant can search and see aggregated flag counts. Individual restaurant names behind flags are never revealed.

How does verification work?

We manually verify every restaurant before granting access. This keeps the network trusted and prevents abuse. You'll need a valid NIF/VAT ID to register.

What happens to data if I delete my account?

All flags submitted by your restaurant are permanently deleted when you delete your account. Your data is fully removed from our systems.

What if my NIF/VAT is already registered?

If someone has already registered with your NIF, contact us at info@blacklist.rest. We'll investigate and resolve it. This could indicate an impersonation attempt.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
